Judgement Day --- 1989-07-00

Some songs were later re-recorded with a different lineup, at a different studio, on the "Civil Disobedience" demo in 1990. Many lead guitar, drum, and bass differences exist between these and the 1990 versions, and even some lyrical differences between the 2 versions of "No Forever". On this version Tom basically sings it the exact way that Glenn Hudson used to sing it when it was originally written. Where as on the 1990 version, he adds some lyrical additions to the beginning and the end as well as sings the original lyrics in his own different new style. Recorded in 24-tracks at The Beat Farm Studio, in Cleveland, Ohio. Recorded on June 25, 1989. Pro-printed double-sided covers with 4-panel fold-out inlay that includes credits, info, extensive additional art, and a long thanks list. Studio-duplicated, professionally cut-to-length, black tapes, with the round center piece of normal tape labels printed on the A-Side, and red "1" and "2" stickers identifying each side. The track list inside the inlay also has gray "1" and "2" stickers added to it to show which songs are on which side. The original tape cases also have a metallic silver "Unseen Productions" sticker on the bottom corner of every copy. This is the exact same sticker used on the cases of {band 36843}'s "Pain & Suffering" demo, placed in the exact same part of the case as well. The only existing recording of Civil Disobedience that includes longtime friend of the band Jim Jim on bass. Jim is also the one who drew the cover artwork of their legendary "Who's to Blame" demo, and drew the original Dralle-led incarnation of the band's original logo (1987-1989). "Fighting Stop" and "Judgement Day" are the very first new songs written by Rojack's new Civil Disobedience. The intro to "No Forever" was also written by Tom, but back in 1988, and it was listed on "Who's To Blame" as "NF Intro / No Forever". The intro is included here, but not listed seperately in the title.
