Issued in a standard jewel case with a white tray and an 8-page booklet. Printed spine on the opening side of the case has the title of track 1 rather than the album title printed next to the band's name. Track 4 is listed as "Auto Pilot" on the back but "Autopilot" in the booklet. Track 8 is listed as "In The Fade" on the back and in the booklet (on the latter it is also given the subtitle "Or Universal Subconscious"). However, it also appears as "Into the Fade" in the credits section of the booklet.
