Album “799919” to hołd dla złotej ery hip-hopu, nawiązanie do estetyki lat 90tych, dosłownie. Spinache sięgnął do archiwum swoich niepublikowanych instrumentali z 1999 roku i wybrał z nich dziesięć kompozycji, które tworzą muzyczny fundament nadchodzącej płyty. Urodziłem się w 1979 roku, w 1999, tuż po premierze pierwszego LP Thinkadelic, pracowałem nad muzyką, która pojawiła się na płycie Obóz TA oraz na towarzyszących projektach m.in. na debiutanckim albumie O.S.T.R.-a. Mamy 2019 i czuję, że to idealna klamra, świetny czas na wypuszczenie materiału będącego podsumowaniem mojej dotychczasowej drogi, swoistym ukłonem w stronę ludzi, miejsc, wydarzeń, wszystkiego, co inspirowało mnie przez te wszystkie lata. Pisanie i nagrywanie do własnej muzyki sprzed dwóch dekad jest paradoksalnie szalenie odświeżające. Dzisiejsze próby imitowania brzmienia lat dziewięćdziesiątych są fajną podróżą sentymentalną, ja poleciałem w prawdziwą podróż, przeniosłem się w czasie i nagrywam ze Spinache z 99. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ The album "799919" is a tribute to the golden age of hip-hop, a reference to the aesthetics of the 90s, literally. Spinache reached for the archives of his unpublished instrumentals from 1999 and selected ten compositions from them that form the musical foundation of the upcoming album. I was born in 1979, in 1999, right after the premiere of the first Thinkadelic LP, I worked on the music that appeared on the album Obóz TA and on accompanying projects, among others on the debut album O.S.T.R.-a. We have 2019 and I feel that this is the perfect buckle, a great time to release the material that is a summary of my road so far, a kind of nod to people, places, events, everything that inspired me all these years. Writing and recording for my own music from two decades ago is paradoxically extremely refreshing. Today's attempts to imitate the sound of the nineties are a nice sentimental journey, I went on a real journey, I moved back in time and I record with Spinache from 99.
