The State of Emergency [SOE] 'Rising Stars from Worldwide Bars' project was an international music showcase compilation series dedicated to scouting talent from across a diverse range of countries. This is the second international music showcase CD in the series. Featuring 20 tracks from bands found in 6 countries, on three continents. Representing: USA, Canada, Germany, South Africa, Malaysia, Denmark Limited release through the now dissolved online music magazine / platform, State Of Emergency (SOE) and handed out after select gig across the UK.
