Issued in a 2 CD jewel case with a clear tray and 8-page booklet The booklet and back cover list track 2-3 as "SF Sorrow Is Born 1998", then the rest of CD2's musical tracks are listed as "1988" (e.g., "Bracelets Of Fingers 1988"). The single CD releases of Resurrection don't appear to show any year after any of the track names. The booklet and back cover contain some other mistakes: "I See You - Outro" is listed as track 2-20 but is not in fact a separate track on the disc from 2-19. Hence, "Well Of Destiny 1988" is listed as track 2-21 but is in fact 2-20. The actual track 2-21 is untitled and unlisted and consists of another narration track by Arthur Brown.
