Liberty Records GmbH, Munchen Includes an inlay sheet printed recto-verso. Record housed in generic poly-lined inner sleeve. Some copies came with a coupon to participate in a competition set up by Liberty Records and advertised this on a sticker on the cover (cf. images). Some also had a pink/white leaflet about the competition.
