This release is unique, because the catalogue numbers on booklet, tray artwork and disc match: 'TVD 91030 (RMD 51030)'. The CD was pressed by [l207420]. Part of the Mushrooms Classic Series. This CD is housed in a turquoise tinted plastic jewel case with a double-sided tray insert. Similar to '[r=7217441]', however with that SMA pressed CD the catalogue numbers differ on the tray artwork, spines and disc.
