All songs were recorded for BBC Radio 1's John Peel Show. Tracks 1-1 to 1-4: Recorded 14 June 1998. First transmission 16 July 1998. Tracks 1-5 and 1-6 were performed and broadcast live from 'Peel Acres'. Recorded 6 May 1999. First transmission 6 May 1999. Tracks 1-7 to 1-10: Recorded 14 June 1998. First transmission 16 July 1998. Tracks 1-11 and 1-12 were recorded at "Peel Night", A concert staged at Maida Vale in celebration of John Peel's sixtieth birthday. Recorded 31 August 1999. First transmission 2 September 1999. Tracks 2-1 to 2-4: Recorded and transmitted live on 14 June 2000. Tracks 2-5 to 2-8: Recorded on 12th July 2000. First transmitted on 19th September 2000. Tracks 2-9 to 2-12: Recorded on 13th May 2001. First transmitted on 24th May 2001. Tracks 3-1 to 3-4: Recorded and transmitted live on 9 January 2002. Tracks 3-5 to 3-8: Recorded on 8 May 2003. First transmitted on 4 June 2003. Tracks 3-9 to 3-12: Recorded on 27 November 2003. First transmitted on 6 January 2004. CD1 Cat no. CMXBX1256/1 CD2 Cat no. CMXBX1256/2 CD3 Cat no. Each edition here has a transparent CD holding tray, differing from the original commercial releases of Volumes I & II which were black and white respectively. Spare empty slipcase boxes were made available from the band's mail order store for fans who had already bought the CD albums individually.
