Comes in a boxset with a 16-page booklet. This release is mixed CBS (box and discs) / Columbia (booklet): CBS C2L 24 on box front (with stickered CBS logo, hiding Columbia logo). CBS C2L-24 on box back (with stickered CBS logo, hiding Columbia logo). C2L 24 on spine. CBS C2L-24 on labels (with CBS logo stickered on top quarter of rim, hiding 'Columbia'). Columbia C2L 24 on booklet. Red labels similar to [r4171213] but without 'NONBREAKABLE' (and CBS instead of Columbia). This release is mixed Terre Haute (part of disc 1) / Pitman (part of disc 1 + disc 2): 'p' on runout of side A and 'T' on runout of side B denote [l447694] and [l403953], one plant for metals and the other for pressing of disc1.
