Music From Hungary, Transylvania, Rumania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey --- 1983

East European Folk Group (EEF) Robert Mandel, Nikola Parov with guests Chris Gunstone (Tapan) and singer Marta Sebestyen playing folk music and songs on traditional instruments of Hungary, Transylvania,Rumania, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. EEF group recorded album at Wormwood Studios, in between appearing on BBC TV Pebble Mill at One, Blue Peter and public concert at Conway Hall London 1982. Followed with concert at the Camden Festival 1983 and South Bank Purcell Room 1984. Marta Sebestyen went on to record opening soundtrack of Oscar winning film 'The English Patient' and Nikola Parov was in the band with RIverdance for five years. EEF followed with another album The Robert Mandel Collection GB005 live album and some studio tracks.
