These also pre-date our use of multi-track tape recording. For these early demos, we would record live direct to cassette tape and then record another layer playing along with the first recording onto another tape recorder, and then back and forth as many times as needed. Some of these songs had several back and forth 'bouncing sessions' which meant that sometimes the initial first take would end up a little bit buried in the mix, depending on how many layers of sound we would record. All of the material in this collection is exactly the same as we had originally recorded them. Everything has remained untouched with no additional production or mixing. With the exception of '[url=https://www.discogs.com/master/1178847-Windy-Carl-Introspection-Singles-Rarities-1993-2000]Lighthouse[/url]', all of these recordings / versions are previously unreleased.
