CDr in a hand made case with plastic tray glued into a folding cardboard lid with red strap to hold it closed. Hand stamped/painted too- the rear painting covered some lettering on song titles. Not sure if this is the case for all copies. Track lengths not on disc; taken from CD player. Horn credits taken from a label website.
