Clear shell cassette with white adhesive label on A side. Photocopied single sided three panel yellow j-card. Pressed in unknown quantity. Two sided release indicated on j-card, but source tape is single sided. "Andy" ([a435857]) is crossed off on the credits, and "Jon" (Jon Kraft) is handwritten in its place.
