Includes a 3 page gate fold promotional piece on CBS Mastersound or a single sheet insert "Introducing The CBS Mastersound Series." Runout details are stamped except for T1 etched with 36733 etched above the scratched out details found on side A. Variant 2 runouts include an etched number at end of string.
