Zombie Terrorists

Overview

Zombie Terrorists --- 1990

A-Side recorded in late 1989. Several songs feature lyrics from the now-deceased ex-ZT member Doug Cook. B-Side contains hidden tracks not referenced anywhere in the inlay. The B-side label just labels them "New Stuff". Recorded in late 1990. Would later be released as the demo "The American Way (And other Assorted Love Songs)". Single-sided 4-panel fold-out inlay with thanks, credits, band info, Etc. Also comes with fold-out lyric insert for the 89 demo (doesnt include the B-side "New Stuff"). The sheet includes lyrics to most of the A-side original songs and additional artwork. The only originals it doesnt include are "Some Old Blues Song" and "The New Improved Hokey Pokey" as well as the last 2 songs. Those two, "Secondary Patience" and "How Good the Cops Are" are listed together on the lyric sheet, which explains that they were untitled instrumental songs when they decided to record with "Mt. Orab's resident crazy man", a "regular Shock Treatment patient and perscribed Thorazine user" known only as Roy, on lead vocals. Roy made up his lyrics live on the spot, as the band played, and then named the songs. Roy died some years later.
