Mid/Air + --- 2008
Re-issue of [r=1655291] (NM/003) bundled with a bonus remix disc (NM/004w) which is housed in a cardboard picture sleeve. Both discs were issued together in a plastic shrinkwrap bearing a sticker with the title "Mid/Air +". The bonus remix disc was later issued separately in a gatefold cardboard sleeve as [r=2181228] (NM/004). Additional info from sleeves: "Mid/Air": "Recorded in New York, Osaka, Bristol, Los Angeles. Gathered and stiched in neutral." "Collisions": "Collided in neutral. Huge thanks to all the remixers."
