Gatefold sleeve with CD placed in the left pocket. The CD comes in a plastic sleeve. The LP comes in a printed inner sleeve with credits and notes on one side, and a picture of Alexander Pettersen on the other. The LP/CD is housed in a PVC sleeve with the Crispin Glover Records logo embossed on the flap. Sealed with a lime green sticker with the following text: ALEXANDER PETTERSEN DON'T REMEMBER / CAN'T FORGET 9008798306008 [Barcode] 180G VINYL CD INCLUDED Limited to 500 copies. The first 100 copies came with a photo print signed by photographer Marthe Amanda Vannebo. All specific instrument credits are taken from the Crispin Glover web site. They are listed as "Cast & crew" only on the record.
