Library of Congress catalog card numbers given for both the stereo and mono versions on reverse, lower right MONO R64-1355 and R64-1356 STEREO R64-1357 and R64-1358 But this is Associated Music Publishers release number SM-5001, the mono version. Note, however, that the runout has SM-5000 etched into it, rather than SM-5001, which is shown on the labels and jacket. Jacket clearly says "mono". Labels say "Monaural"
