The Spectacle Records re-issue utilised left over sleeves from the "Mother Earth" issue. They simply redacted by hand one address from the rear sleeve. This has been common to most copies of this release I have seen (see photos just added). My copy is autographed and dated from 1982, which indicates this version was issued pre 1983
