Initially available only at Hot Topic stores or directly from the band, having five different covers and the full album packaging for "Monster Monster." Included two CDs, one of music and a second blank CDr disc. Fans that purchased the EP were able to use an enclosed promotional code to download the full "Monster Monster" album the day of release from the ShockHound website that could be burned onto the other blank CDr disc. All credits listed are for the "Monster Monster" album.
