Issued in a clear plastic sleeve. The disc contains a personal message from Kylie Minogue that was sent to her fan club members during summer 1989 in a package that includes : - A facsimile printed greetings card with a written message to the fans - A fan club card (credit card style) - A merchandise sheet - A colour print photograph (10" x 8") - A black and white print photograph (10" x 8") - 12 stickers - A « Neighbours » fan club form - 2 pages of Kylie fact-file - 4 pages of fan club information letter All housed in a 12" x 8½" glossy 'The Delinquents' photo folder printed signed.
