The fifth title in the series “Swinging into the 21st”. Each of the eight CDs in the series consists solely of original music by Wynton Marsalis, and each is a different musical concept. Sweet Release: a ballet in five parts. Composed for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Ghost Story: a ballet in eight parts. This release consists of key players from the LCJO. These are world premiere recordings of the two ballets, which both premiered live in New York City. <font size=1>For this recording 24-bit technology was used to maximize sound quality.</font>
