Came in a fold-over style cover with lyrics, credits, and a thanks list printed inside. A photocopied poster (approximately A3 size) was included in some copies. A DSI records catalog insert was included in some copies. Recorded in February 2003 in Seattle, Washington. Lacquer cutting information was derived from the runout etchings.
