Issued as a factory sealed clear jewel case (clear disc tray with CD logos) with a bi-fold front insert & back inlay. For the ℗ & ©, it says "2005" for an unknown reason, it should say "2008". Although this was considered a Siccness.net underground retail mixtape due to Max B at the time only being allowed to release retail projects with his estranged label Byrdgang/Asylum Records, it's still considered an underground album and Max B acknowledges it as such, due to it only being original production on the project compared to his other traditional promo CDr mixtapes he released. Track 4: Track title is "Im So High" on the back cover tracklist, but the liner notes prints it as "I'm So High". "I'm So High" is used.
