After Mac Lethal tweeted about Tom MacDonald a back and forth started on Twitter after which Tom MacDonald released the diss track "Lethal Injection", Mac Lethal took a week to respond and not even 3 days later Tom dropped this diss track. Due to copyright restrictions Tom MacDonald released the track digitally with different instrumentals from the one on YouTube.
