Brown Book --- 1987

First issue packaged in a textured tan sleeve printed with gold-foil ink. Issued with a brown inner sleeve with only the catalogue number printed near the opening. Four inserts included: 1) 11-1/2" x 11-1/2" lyric sheet with a picture of WW2 era German soldier on the reverse 2) 11-5/8" x 8-3/8" sepia photo of Douglas on A4 textured stock with statement on the reverse 3) Approximately 8-1/4" x 5-3/4" mail order insert for Death in June 4) Approximately 8-1/4" x 5-3/4" mail order insert for Sol Invictus Track B1 is titled "In The Fog Of The World" on the label, but "The Fog Of The World" on the lyric sheet.
