According to Jeff Simpson, he was the creator and owner of NAIL (N.A.I.L.). Simpson owned a record store out of Albany, Oregon called Phonomania Music and Gear. He released this promotional CD sometime back in the summer of 1995. This CD was released in a cardboard sleeve. Apparently there is another version of this CD that has a fold-out poster.
