2KOFM was one of the first radio stations in Australia to pioneer the introduction of Contemporary Top 40 programming. The songs in this special collection have been compiled featuring the more definitive Classic Hits of the exciting 60's decade. This special CD release has been issued to raise money for the Ten Newcastle 1995 "Special Children's Christmas Party" for the disabled, disadvantaged or those suffering from a life threatening illness. This Years concert will be held on Saturday 9th December, 1995. This project is proudly supported by 2KOFM, Channel Ten Newcastle-Hunter and EMI Music Australia.
