Copies were sent to all people who participated in the PledgeMusic campaign for the album directly after the campaign had ended in November 2018, a few months before the album's official release date. Pre-orders from the PledgeMusic site included the option to pledge for an autographed or non-autographed copy, i.e. that depending on your kind of pledge you received an autographed or non-autographed copy.
