© 2013 High Moon Records Packaged in deluxe Hardbound Eco-Book with deluxe 24-page full-color booklet, which features lengthy liner notes and previously-unseen photos along with a reproduction of original LP's inner-sleeve. The CD replicates the original RSO label design. A download card is also included, which gives access to live recordings and an interview. Second pressing. This one doesn't have the numbering on the back cover, nor the "First Pressing" sticker on the front cover. Moreover, the barcode sticker is different (bigger and located where the limited numbering was located) and Matrix Runout has A01 added to it. Originally released in the U.S. on the RSO label as RS-1-3011, 6/14/77
