Hand numbered out of 1000 copies. Housed in a 7" sleeve. Back in the heydays of grunge and the decline of hair metal, nihilism and self destruction were the norm. Between 1989 and 1999 a counterculture rose up in the 8000 area of West Flanders in Belgium. It gave a dead scene new hope. This generation lived drug & meat-free for a decade and resulted in over a 100 bands of anger-fueled, clean-cut, Straight Edge kids. They lived the DIY lifestyle and gave birth to a whole new musical genre: 'edgemetal', the iconic sound of H8000 hardcore.
