Front cover: photograph of "Head of Franz Kafka" by the Czech-born Israeli sculptor Dan Kulka (1938-1979). Photograph of composer by Misha Donat on sleeve verso. Runouts have hand-etched stylised "HA" and the rest is impressed (side identifiers have been struck through and reversed).
