Professionally duplicated tape. Clear cassette shell with black liner and white imprint on both sides. Professionally printed, single-sided, 10-panel double-foldout J-card. Artist sides denoted with symbols instead of text. This is the fourth split (out of 4) between Vritra and Kêres, where it changed order of band sides. It was never available to the public. Also referred to as "IV".
