Near-square postcard size lathe cut on flexi disc-like material, clipped on postcard "Sveikiname Jubiliejaus proga" Before song start there is greeting. Such records were cut by state-owned souvenir record studios, where you could order any song you want to be "cut" onto the "postcard". Made in 80s.
