The Spudmonsters --- 1990-07-00

July 1990 second pressing copies released at the same time as the 1988 "Joe Gizmo & The Spudmonsters" demo reissue, after both reissue demos were submitted for pressing to A To Z Audio Duplication together on June 25th 1990. Reissue has the same cover art, with major changes to the inlay, and totally different, higher quality tapes. The tapes are pro-pressed with clear shells that have info, logo, titles, and a picture of the Spud Monster character printed on the shells, all in bright yellow ink. Aside from the identical cover art and identical color to one of the original versions, the logo on the spine is different, the layout is converted into a double sided 4 panel version (the original was a single sided 8-panel fold-out version with additional art between the lyrics) and with changes to the placement of the lyrics, etc. The style of the 2nd press/reissue tapes are exactly the same as the "Joe Gizmo & The Spudmonsters" demo 2nd press/reissue tapes and 1990 "Leon Bibb Naked" demo's tapes. The yellow pictured copy's cover is the exact same color cover as the yellow version of the original 1st press. However, the reissue was never done in the other color variations that the original was. Copies matching the below description are bootleg re-creations. Fold out paper covers (xerox) with lyrics, and black blank tapes or white labels with on both sides with song titles handwritten on each side.
