Disc is a silver CDr with black print containing the artist name, track name and timing along with the record company logos (Columbia and Sony). Disc is marked 'Disque Promotionnel - Interdit à la Vent' Sleeve is card is the same artwork as the album 'Human' with the song title as the only text. The rear sleeve is black and contains the following texts in white : artist name, track title & timing, Columbia and Sony logos, 'Nouvel Extract de son premier album 'Human' Déjà triple disque de platine' and 'Disque Promotionnel - Interdit à la Vent'.
