"Knickerbocker Orchestra" was usually a pseudonym for [a=Eddie Elkins' Orchestra]; but concerning this particular track, Brian Rust's The American dance band discography 1917-1942 (p. 981) says: "nothing is known about the following, which may or may not be by Eddie Elkins also."
