Issued with a double-sided 6-panel foldout poster sleeve and stamped center labels, some copies however were just stamped on one side. Recorded in Fall 2017. Catalog number is Toxic State 031, although Toxic State 29 is written on the sleeve. Lacquer cutting company and engineer identified by the runout etchings.
