Unofficial Release on black tab in cassettes. Shells hand numbered out of twenty-five copies indicated with marker. Photocopied J-Card with the "goggle-eyed skull" artwork reproduced from number 25 out of 200. The 'Thank you' line on the J-card is missing part of the text.
