Tracks 1-2, 1-6, 1-13, 2-8, 2-14 taken from "Indian Soundscapes" 2xCD/LP (Soleilmoon, 2004). Track 1-3 recorded and mixed at Baldy's Big Toe Studio, January 2007. Tracks 1-4, 1-7, 1-11, 2-16 recorded and mixed at the L.A. Dept. Of Sewers, 2007. Track 1-8 recorded and mixed at Disappearing, January 2007. Track 1-10 recorded 2006 in Oakland, CA. Track 1-12 recorded live @ Lewis & Clark College, November 2007. Track 1-14 from the unreleased album "Zamindar" (1994), courtesy of Soleilmoon Records. Track 2-1 recorded at Dig Studios, Portland, Oregon. Track 2-3 recorded 2002 @ Derek's Studios, Astoria, Oregon. Tracks 2-4, 2-15 recorded in Mandalay, Myanmar (Burma) at a traditional Burmese puppet show (February 2007). Track 2-5 taken from "Calling Winter" CD-r (Seymour Records). Track 2-6 recorded at Nasik Studios on Alcatraz. Track 2-7 recorded at Vacuum Studio, Portland, OR. No overdubs, no compositions, minimal edits. Track 2-10 recorded live at WFMU, Jersey City. Track 2-11 recorded 2006-2007 at Mobilization Studios, San Francisco. Track 2-12 excerpt from live buto-tai broadkast at 2 Gyrlz EL-fest 2005. Track 2-13 recorded November 30, 2006, at House Of Zoka, Oakland (no overdubs).
