From The Top • Volume Two --- 2003
A Showcase of America's Finest Young Classical Musicians • with Christopher O'Riley ©2003, CPI Records 295 Huntington Ave. Boston MA 02115 "From the Top" is a multi-media, not-for-profit organization that encourages and celebrates the development of America's youth through music. To achieve this mission, "From the Top" provides entertainment, information, interaction and education for young musicians, their parents, teachers and the public at large through the use of radio, live performances, the internet, educational curricula and television. These selections are excerpted from the nationally distributed public radio program "From the Top", a creation of Concert Productions Inc., produced in association with New England Conservatory of Music and WGBH Radio Boston, and distributed by Public Radio International. Yo-Yo Ma appears courtesy of Sony Classical CD is packaged in a standard jewel case along with an 8 page booklet with notes in English providing information about each of the young performers.
