Digital transfers from original 7" master tapes at Chez Flames Recording, New Orleans, January 7, 1993. Premastering at Music Box Studio, Hollywood, CA. Denoising on Side 1 at Digital Post, Burbank, CA. "Ice Pick Slim" recorded on May 26, 1968 at The Grande Ballroom. "I'm Mad Like Eldridge Cleaver" is an spontaneous performance, with lyrics improvised on the spot, based on [a94557]'s "I'm bad like Jesse James". Recorded live on Sunday, October 27, 1968 at The Grande Ballroom. Back cover text on left: © 1968 / 1994 John Sinclair. Taken from his book "Guitar army". Written as the liner notes to the [a137399]'s album [r=9921919] and printed on the first edition of the album. The notes were later deleted by [l651] and never reprinted.
