Disc is a silver CDr with black print containing the artist name, track name and timing along with the record company logo (Columbia). Disc is marked 'Promotional Use Only, Not For Re-sale' Sleeve is thin card wrap-around is the same artwork as the album 'Human' with no text on the front. The rear sleeve is black and contains the following texts in white : artist name, track title, Columbia and Sony logos, 'For Promotional Use Only - Not For Resale' plus copyright and manufacturing verbiage. Came in a clear plastic wallet with a publicity sticker on it (see scans)
