Before The World Was Made was premiered by the Cleveland Chamber Symphony on March 13 and 14, 1994 at Karamu House and Cleveland State University. The work was recorded following subsequent performances in February, 1995. Symphony No. 6 for Stringed Instruments was premiered by the Cleveland Chamber Symphony on March 4 and 5, 1996 at Cleveland State University and Old Stone Church (Cleveland).
