Release via Shock Records "2 CDs for the Price of 1" The catalog number itself indicates the package: TK for Trustkill 241 for "two for one" (two for the price of one). 02 for the number in the series Australian-manufactured repress of Walls Of Jericho's two Trustkill Records albums All Hail The Dead and With Devils Amongst Us All Each album is housed in its own jewel case but the two came packaged together in a single slipcase with the barcode. Since they were meant to be sold together, and not separately, the individual jewel cases don't have barcodes and the two albums share the same catalog number TK24105. Note that these Australian-manufactured discs were never sold in separately in retail. They may have been separated by individual owners over the years, or sold separately to fetch a higher value, but they were sold in store as a bundle. Prior to repressing these in Australia, Shock Records imported American-manufactured discs from Trustkill Records. Those imports were identical to the ones sold in the United States and had Trustkill Records' barcodes on the back artwork.
