First cat. no on label, rear of sleeve and spine. Second on hype sticker and barcode (both attached to shrink) White Vinyl edition limited to 700 copies. Also includes 7" in generic black sleeve and 4-track CD EP in white cardboard slip cover with black lettering. Initial pre-orders were also sent with a Moshi Moshi Records sampler CD. Comes with a double-sided lyric insert and printed inner sleeve with credits. Hype sticker on the front of the shrinkwrap and a stickered barcode with "76X" catalogue number on the back (different barcode to standard version which stickered barcode covers).
