Mastering and Mould SID-s match [l479093], but the manufacturing plant is not explicitly credited. 24-page booklet with lyrics, artwork, credits, notes. Standard CD jewel case with clear tray. Audio fixing and dubbing done at Mayfair, Abbey Road, Air Lyndhurst, Courtyard and The Church. Track 7 features sample from the film 'Three Days Of The Condor' (liner notes mis-identify the source as 'Flight of the Condor'). Mastered at Abbey Road. Printed in U.S.A. (both on booklet and CD face)
