Is very important to notice that the back cover indicates two different manufacturers in two different countries: INDICA in Costa Rica and Peerless in Mexico. But the center label clearly indicates that the record was made in Costa Rica by INDICA. This probably means that the printed jackets were made in Mexico and supplied to INDICA who added the "HECHO EN COSTA RICA POR INDICA S.A." later.
