It is an instrumental of "Fly Me to the Moon" with an added spoken monologue titled "Peaceful Times". The liner notes indicate that it was recorded live at a surprise concert at a launch party for Evangelion 2.0 at a Tokyo hotel on August 24, 2009. Philip Eastop is listed twice among the horn players in the booklet.
