The CD contains three texts read and set to improvised guitar by Derek Bailey. The texts used are: 1. Lyn Hejinian: from the preface to 'Writing is an aid to memory' (The Figures, 1978). 2. Peter Riley: final section from 'Lines on the liver' (Ferry Press, 1981). 3. Steve Dalachinsky: pages from 'A Superintendent's Eyes' (Hozomeen Press 2000).
